To Our Valued Guests,
As the situation around Covid-19 continues to evolve we are taking the safety of our guests, staff, and owners very seriously.
Currently the mayor of Gatlinburg and Sevier County have requested that all non-essential businesses close as soon as possible as they are anticipating a forthcoming mandate to do so. As of March 24, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park closed to visitors. Several roads within the park have closed and only essential throughways such as the “Spur” between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have stayed open.
After review, we have decided to temporarily close Deer Ridge Mountain Resort until April 15, 2020. We will continue to re-evaluate the Covid-19 situation and will extend the close date if necessary. In addition, if the situation is to clear up sooner than expected all staff is ready to reopen and be able to receive guests immediately.
At this time, and at all times, we consider our guests to be friends. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to the time we are enjoying the Best View in the Smokies together again.
